At Atelier, we produce each product by hand, with care and in accordance with our quality standards. Since most of our products are made to order or in limited production, the following return policy applies.

Return

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products purchased from Atelier.

Because our products are entirely handmade and many are made to order, returns cannot be requested after the purchase is complete.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

If the inspection reveals a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, we will provide the necessary solution (repair, replacement, or an alternative solution as deemed appropriate).

Cargo

For returns or exchanges, the product must be securely packaged and sent to us.

Problems caused by user error, misuse, dropping, impact, natural wear and tear, rust, improper maintenance, or modifications made to the product are not covered by the warranty or return policy.

Since every Atelier product is made entirely by hand;

• Changes in the wood grain structure,

• Minor surface variations due to hand craftsmanship,

This is part of the product's character and is not considered a defect.
